Front office people provide misleading information and treat you with rudeness, no empathy and totally unprofessional. The billing department manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and doesn’t help clarify your statement balance. For a place that is called healing center to be treated the way I was is very tragic and unfortunate. Their staff, customer service and operational system is a CAOS!!!

Dr. Rodriguez never showed for 2 of my appointments. The clinic requires a $200 deposit for appointments with Dr. Rodriguez. When I called saying I wanted my deposit back and I wouldn't be rescheduling with them only then did Dr. Rodriguez reach out to me. He never apologized, got heated with me, told me I was wasting his time, told me I won't be getting my deposit back, and hung up on me. I understand Doc's can run late, but that needs to be communicated. They had no problem calling me multiple times to verify my appointment, but can't call to notify me if the Doc is running late or needs to reschedule me. Not the experience you want when trying to get some help with your mental health.

At one the they were superior. Now they are lackadaisical. The owning doctor doesn't have a clue how his practice is functioning. What's worst is that the patient has no immediate contact with the telepath physician, this depending on communicating with office staff. The office manager isn't on top of her messages or e-mail in regards being the go between for the telepath physician's. Even if you ask for confirmation it isn't forthcoming.

Negligence is all I can say. No one answers the phone. They now say that you must text message without notifying their current patients. This was mansplained by the doctor that they are understaffed without an apology (this is not our issue, it's yours). The doctor prescribed medication that he knew that my insurance may reject and did not discuss the potential side effects which causes body temperature increases that when working out can lead to death. Attempting to reach the center for 3 days not including the weekend when they are closed (5 in total) before i finally spoke with someone. I explained the situation and that I needed to speak with the doctor briefly for a different prescription. She said that she was setting up an "appointment" to see if she could squeeze in 5 minutes with the doctor. After waiting for 30 minutes for my virtual consultation with the doctor we spoke in which the doctor attempted to force the medication on me and then later tried to clean it up with "i wo

Ketamine infusions take me to a place I can only describe as Nirvana. It's beautiful, peaceful & you can actually feel your mind. body & soul healing. It took me time to get to this point. You can request relaxing music which I love. 1 room has a great TV w/nature videos & music. When the infusion is over you feel better How long depends on the patient. The 1st time I went in w/a bad mindset & had a bad experience. I told Dr. Rodriguez, who is brilliant, so is my therapist Skyler. Doc advised me"ketamine is what you make it. Try going in relaxed."I did & found I'm in control of my body/mind. I like to go in relaxed, w/blank mind & go w/the flow. It may take time to get to the best dose for you which is key. It's important to tell the nurses Melissa, NP & Ellie, RN how your treatment went.They can help you w/the dose best for you. They are kind, compassionate & professional. Ketamine takes me out of the deep dark hole of majordepression, PTSD& suicidal thoughts.I highly recommend it.

I received 6 ketamine infusions here. I felt like a cow in a herd of cattle, injected & then put out to graze. No followups, surveys, or questions. Walk in, get 2 needles in my arm, & 2 hrs later the needles get yanked out & off I go. No care for me as a patient, or about my healing or improvement, or even if I'm better or worse. On Visit 1 the nurse asked me "Are you Chinese or Japanese?" This isn't an appropriate question. This wasn't her filling out where I forgot to put my race/ethnicity on my paperwork, this was literally mid-infusion. I don't think nationality has anything to do with the therapy. The same visit, she stepped over or ducked under my IV lines to check vitals. Most times, treatment was in a group room; imagine getting a massage in a room full of other people, some talking on their phones. Not helpful to your mindset when a dude next to you is flirting with the nurses & barreling around like a bull in a china shop, but perhaps he's Wagyu so he's found the right place.
