Feinstein Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery

I scheduled an appointment with Dr Hancock on 9.10 to discuss the possibility of starting Isotretinoin. Prior to seeing Dr. Hancock I made it clear to the nurse and whoever scheduled me that my situation was unique in the sense that I did not need Isotretin for acne but instead to help thin the skin around my nose before undergoing surgery post a car accident. I was advised she would possibly be open to it with a note from my surgeon and supporting documents. I show up to my appt early, see her, reiterate the above and her response was optimistic on starting me on iso after speaking to my surgeon and doing her own research. I’ve been dealing with issues regarding my appearance since my car accident and have dealt a lot of time and money to fixing it. She stated she would speak to my surgeon so I looped him in, Dr. Hancock office coordinated a time with my surgeon for them to speak and she no showed. Pretty embarrassing and rude. It’s been 2 months and no response from her or her office

I recently visited Feinstein derm for a checkup and cosmetic appointment. The staff was incredibly friendly- particularly Juli and the front desk, Dr. Hancock and Alexandra on the cosmetics team. They were very thorough and provided incredible bed side manner. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone interested in dermatology in south Florida

I was seen by dermatologist after their office pre-approved my insurance (blue cross) and I pay the copay. It was a mundane check up visit, nothing extraordinary.I change to another insurance company THREE MONTHS LATER!The office failed to bill my insurance for a long time and now they perusing me for the whole payment that is strangely disproportionate!And this is more than one year later after the visit!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.

Feinstein Dermatology is one of the most friendly and professional doctor offices I’ve ever used. Today, Amber & Priscila made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Amber was amazing, explaining every detail and making certain I was comfortable throughout the whole process. And Dr. Feinstein, we’ll he’s just the best. From the moment I check in till the moment I check out - I’m made to feel welcome and appreciated.

This is a well run practice, very organized. I visited Dr. Bohaty for the first time this week. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The ladies at the front desk are welcoming. My medical assistant was also patient and professional. I checked out with Synthia who was kind and asked how my visit went. Will recommend to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

Dr Feinstein is just the best ! Professional and very caring. He takes his time on your visit and I never feel rushed. All the The office staff are very friendly and very nice. I have been going for years and Feinstein Dermatology is a five star office.
