This office is convenient right off the highway in Doral. They offer to draw the blood work you need in the office so you don’t have to go to the lab for another visit.

The medical staff are all awesome, but the office staff are the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. They apparently have no problem outright lying to patients. I have had to call FIVE times to get my lab results. I have been told they would be emailed to me (they didn't have my email address), they were being sent that very minute (they weren't), that I had to go in for an appointment to receive them (an obvious ploy to bilk more money out of my insurer), and now that I have to go in person to pick them up but don't need a medical appointment (this directly contradicts what they told me yesterday, so one of them must be a lie). This was just my annual checkup results. There is no way that I can possibly trust them with an important medical issue.
