Worst things I've ever come in contact with
Worst dr I've ever had the misfortune of meetingDon't waste your time with Kathleen Soe . She is one of the worst, most disrespectful wastes of space and oxygen that i have ever had the misfortune of meeting. It's disappointing that I wasted even one second on her worthless opinion. And the language she used is not only very unprofessional but extremely disrespectful. I will unfortunately never get back the time I've wasted on her. She made me never want to waste my time on any dermatologist again.

Shady business, avoid at all costs
I was billed for 45 minutes, when I saw an actual dermatologist for under 5 minutes, and spend less than 10 minutes answering questions from an assistant. I was then called by the greedy billing manager who tried to justify the 45 minute description and the $250 cost saying the doctor had to make notes after the visit and call a prescription in, as if it really took more than a minute or two to do either of those tasks. This is a untrustworthy business that only cares about billing the most while doing the absolute least.

NOT so satisfied with Kathleen Soe
So my wife had an issue with asking for a biopsy and Dr. Soe said 'it's not cancer' ($40.00 co_pays are at issue here). So she hit a few spots with liquid nitrogen and sent her on her way. Time goes by, makes another appointment to TELL HER she wants it biopsied..... Another $40. Calls with the results and says 'yes, sorry, it is cancer, come in and we will address it ASAP'. Goes in 'ANOTHER $40 BUCKS. as soon as u walk in, they want co_ pays for a failure on their part???? A follow up on your mistake AND mis diagnosis, should not at All been charged. Have a little mercy at the front desk Dr. Soe and realize that just because your staff is told by (you?) , I won't see anyone unless they pay. Seniors on fixed incomes don't count. We'll just keep paying for your yearly European Month long vacation. What you're doing is wrong and I've been a patient of yours for many years. Enough is ENOUGH!!

Both the doctor and staff are very rude. Dr. Soe did an incomplete full skin exam on my body compared to the one done at M D Anderson Cancer Institute. and she to wanted to remove a mole on her office and drew an outline of a large incision. And she required that I come to her office every 3 months for two years for a full skin exam then every 6 months after that. I decided to get a second opinion at the BEST Cancer Institute in the country, M D Anderson Cancer Institute in Houston Texas and had the mole on question was excised there by Professor, Deborah MacFarlane, MD who told me that my local dermatologist could remove the stitches in 14 days and she further said that I wouldn't need any full skin exams for a year and then every year after that. When I went to Dr. Soe's office for the stitch removal, they became very upset that I wanted to follow my surgeon's post-op orders. ..... I received a letter telling me that I was TERMINATED as a patient by Virginia Street Dermatology.
