Waited an hour and 3 minutes-Nothing
Had an appointment at 2:40pm. Checked in at 2:30. Saw the assistant, she did her thing. At 3pm I was seated back in waiting. 3:23 I was sat in the optometrists office and told they would be in shortly. 3:43 I went to the front and told them I had no more time to wait. For the record, 23 minutes is NOT shortly. I had been there an HOUR and 3 minutes and they still had not dilated my eyes nor had I seen the optometrist. I can be seen faster at Mayo, UF Health or any doctor these days. I do NOT recommend these jokers.
