Don’t waste your time
Call for a sick visit on a Thursday morning but they can’t see me until Tuesday? What good will that do me?I’ve had billing issues with this office as well that I flat out refused to pay. My annual exam was charged to me even though they told me I do not pay for an annual. They would not take it off my bill after countless calls and emails in which they admitted I do not owe the $40. One helpful person took the time to investigate and told me my chart was coded wrong and therefore billed as med management. I do not even have meds prescribed through them.It’s time to move on, they are incompetent on all levels.

Life threatening poor customer service
My mom sees Dr. Afshar and we have been very happy with his care of her. He is kind and compassionate with her. However, when you have to call the office repeatedly for a refill of her lasix that was asked to be called in at last visit 3 weeks ago and have been calling repeatedly for the past two weeks, holding over 10 minutes each time before someone answers, then they call it into the wrong pharmacy and didn't even let you know they called it in. She has been out of her lasix over a week now with pulmonary effusion. Her legs are so swollen it hurts her to walk. I keep getting told the rx was being called into the pharmacy requested only to call pharmacy and be told they never got it. It's frustrating and life threatening. Finally requested a paper prescription to be ready for pick up.
