VanGuard Aesthetic Plastic Surgery

Was hoping for the best at this office, after fracturing my wrist, & after multiple snafus with Broward Health. Dr. Fletcher walked into the examination room, introduced himself, & said 'We f'ed up.' But those screwups continued at his office.At my preop appt, 2 days before surgery, his assistant hands me 2 prescriptions, one for pain, and what should have been antibiotic. Dr. Fletcher made a mistake & wrote a prescription for cyclobenzeprine, a muscle relaxer, not clindamyacin, the antibiotic that it should have been. I had to insist his assistant look at the prescription several times. When she did look, I think she saw the dosing was incorrect for clindamyacin, took the rx, came back 5 minutes later with the correct rx, but didnt say a word. It was clear she didn't know what cyclobenzaprine was. Good thing I knew it was a muscle relaxer & not an antibiotic. Yet Dr. Fletcher wrote in his notes that he filled a cyclobenzaprine prescription. He did NOT. His assistant took the presc
