This is the worse medical office I have ever seen. If you have pain or feel bad don’t go not even for an anual visit as your concerns will not be looked at. The staff here starting from administrator Susset Perez are not empathetic at all. If you request for a call back they never call back and say they did. So unprofessional and unacceptable service. Will never recommend this office as is the worse ever

I am writing to express my disappointment with the treatment I received from the front desk supervisor during my recent visit. Her dismissive and rude attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected, particularly as a patient with disabilities. I will be reporting this clinic to the medical board for unfair treatment of patients with disabilities. I hope appropriate actions will be taken regarding her employment, as individuals with such a lack of compassion should not be working in healthcare. Everyone deserves respect and dignity when seeking medical care.
