Very unlikely unless they have compassionate stuff

I was 20 minutes late to my appointment due to awful traffic and the inability to walk fast after parking my car. I could barely walk because of the pain. The office had one person waiting, but he could have been waiting not for my doctor... The staff at the clinic refused to accommodate me. I found their behavior outrageous. The office has a limit of 15 minutes of lateness. But when patients are waiting for a doctor for hours this principle does not work. It is very shameful what they did. I understand that the doctor might not even know what was going on, but he must instruct his staff.
