They are not wearing masks during COVID-19. I asked the woman taking my lab work if she would mind wearing a mask while she draws my blood (this was in August 2021 during the crazy peak of COVID in Jax) and she said no. This is completely unsafe and inappropriate for a healthcare facility. I won't be back. Also--I had abnormal test results and it took them over a week to call me.
