Riverside Pain Physicians

I made the mistake of scheduling an appointment with the Riverside office off of San Pablo with Dr. Berlioz. The initial appointment seemed to go well. Problems began when I attempted to get a refill before my 2nd appointment (had been given 7 tablets, which by itself was not a problem). The only human I ever spoke with was a receptionist, who was pleasant and did her best to help. Four times I called to get a refill; four times I was routed to a number to leave a message. No name was ever provided for whose, if anybody's, mailbox it was, and no calls back were every received. Twice I left messages on the extension I was given for Dr, Berlioz. Never heard from him either. Though once again no name was given for the extension so he may never have received them. The only call I ever received from them was the day after I cancelled my next appointment. I bet that was only to reschedule. I have been very fortunate to have otherwise received high quality service and care here in Jacksonvile

Mr. Wilson treats my chronic musculoskeletal/cowgirl, 70s, sports child, who didn't listen to (commander of the MarineCorps, CHESTY PULLER'S SECRETARY) MOM because I was ALSO my Marine CORPS D.I. dad's first born son, stunt girl... ....SO, ANDY WAS OUT LAST WEEK WHEN MY GENTRIFICATION PROPERTY MANAGER FORCED ME TO MOVE DURING A NOR-EASTER, THEN NOT HAVE APT/PARKING AVAILABLE... SCIATICA/EVERY NERVE STINGING ME LIKE SITTING IN A YELLOW JACKETS NEST, COUPLED WITH MUSCLE, LIGAMENT, TENDON, FASCIITIS STRAINS CAUSED ME TO CALL MY PCP JOSE RAPHAEL TAMAYO... PER DR. TAMAYO'S PROFESSIONAL FINESSE BAR NONE...XRAYS AND REFERRAL WERE A HOME RUN... DR. TAMAYO ASKED ME WHAT I THOUGHT OF MR. WILSON...HE IS A MENSCH I SAID! WHAT'S A MENSCH? I LEARNED THIS TERM FROM THE NYC JEWISH ATTYS I WORKED FOR IN PALM BEACH CO. MENSCH IS YIDDISH FOR A VERY GOOD PERSON OR AS I LIKE TO REFER TO SUCH FOLKS.. ..AN INCURABLE GOOD SAMARITAN...THANKS GOD FOR MY SMART MED TEAM; Respectfully, M.M. Meess
