Staff and Dr's don't respect patient's time
I was on hold for over 30 minuets just to make an appointment. I waited 2 hours to have a biopsy done. I was there a half hour before my appointment time, was taken back into a room a half hour after my appointment time and sat half naked on the exam bench for another hour until the dr came in to do the biopsy. I had a televisit appoint @ 8:30 and it is now 10am and thy still have not called me!!!! but they sure did ask for my copay!!!
