Here’s a condensed version under 1000 characters:I am deeply disappointed by the care my 70-year-old mother received. After her recent scan, the technician sent her to the exit alone, leaving her confused in the hallway with her walker. She had to ask a nurse for help, who only pointed her way rather than escorting her. When she mentioned this to the front desk, they replied, “You should have asked for help.” As her caregiver, I expect better, especially for elderly patients. If she had fallen, the outcome could have been far worse. Known for quality treatment, this facility’s lack of compassion and attention was unacceptable. I urge the staff to improve patient care.
