Introspect Mental Health

I was given samples for a new medication which I took for 3 weeks. When it was decided I would be given a prescription for this medication I had to contact the office twice to request it be called in to the pharmacy. My husband finally went into the office to request it be called in. When I learned it would cost me $90 for a 30 day supply I refused it. I immediately called the office and requested a message be given to my provider to please prescribe a different one. I have since contacted the office again leaving voicemail messages that I was now out of samples and without medication and would someone contact me. I have yet to hear back from the office or the nurse practitioner and I won’t be returning to this practice.
