Horrible communication

Billing refused to refund my HSA for a procedure that they made me pre-pay and then we unable to do. Everyone in billing told me over and over that their policy is to mail a check which takes ten to fifteen business days and then I have to turn around and get the money back to my health savings account. They are holding my funds hostage after giving me the run around for months making me prepay for a treatment that they don't have the equipment to do.
