Closing abruptly, patients with no Dr or Meds
After going here almost 6 years, they close and don't call you (4 times, in 6 yrs.) They canceled my appt 2 weeks ago, said they would call, haven't yet. When you call, all 3 offices go to busy signal and hangs you up. It is so unprofessional. Ms.Rhonda is an awesome staff member. Had to say that. Just leaving patients with no Dr. or medication and with no thought of their well being is ridiculous and some would say negligent. Mental Health facilities should be regulated somehow. It is sad.
