Go Elsewhere - Totally Unreliable!
If you like to have your annual physical scheduled and rescheduled then rescheduled again - and then be told you need all new labs tests because the ones you had performed months earlier for your originally scheduled physical were out-of-date - or if you have been ill for days with a cough and fever not responding to over-the-counter self-care products and told they can't see you or even give you a telemedicine visit for days because they are too busy, then you will love it here - 'cause that's the kind of care you can expect to receive from this CONVIVA location! Don't bother trying to complain to any office management staff either, as they could care less! Two words of advise...GO ELSEWHERE!
