After getting the Soltice plan I had a cleaning and exam done the first time I went in six months ago. The receptionist (who needs to look up the meaning of receptionist) tried billing me extra for a part of the service I had. I looked it up online and showed her it on my phone. Her excuse was their computer was wrong.I followed up with my second cleaning today, 10, November 2023 and according to the plan “routine prophylaxis-adult cleaning once every six months is included at no charge. ADA number D1110 which the receptionist verified to me that that is the code. However she wanted an additional thirty dollars because they had to “use their irragation system.” I wanted to laugh. When I objected about the charge and wanted to show her the screen shot from soltices web page she wouldnt even get up from her chair to look at it. They knew I had a time constraint and had to leave. I paid the charge and canceled my up coming appointment As I left I wished this woman a nice upcoming vacatio
