Orlando Family Medical office in Conway Orlando: Worse office ever, they don’t care about patients. I spend more than 3 hours to be seen with an appoint to check my lab work results, I went to front desk asking why I was waiting for that period of time and the lady just said that MD had an emergency with a patient, no one informed any patient about the emergency, they asked for my copay as soon I checked in at 11am and at 1:30pm when I decided to leave the office after waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours the lady at the front desk said that they cannot do appoints over the phone or video conference and they cannot return my copay even the MD did not see me because supervisor and billing clerk went to lunch. I made a formal complaint with my insurance and they still keeping my money saying they need authorization from the owners of the company to returned back to me. At this point I did not receive even a call back from anyone to apologize. The appoint was on 1/11/2024 and today is 1/19/2024 on
