This office is as UNPROFESSIONAL as it GETS. They pick up and just put you on hold with the music playing, not even can you kindly wait. When I asked to speak to a supervisor you get placed on HOLD for 23 minutes, only to be told 'I AM ONLY THE MESSENGER' then the RUDE AUDACITY to disconnect you. Though when you are charged for BLOODWORK and no response on your status. Is that fair or legal? Was the bloodwork even completed??? Two months later and yet when you ask again can I speak to a supervisor they hang up. How unprofessional can you be. Yet, they are quick to take your CASH MONEY because you have no medical insurance. This facility should be investigated for lack of patient care. The front desk does a poor job at communication and they need to be re-trained. WE understand time is money and they want to squeeze in appointments for every 15 minutes but the lack of care of professionalism represents the Dr. Ivan Rivera who attended me. They have a legal obligation to their patients.
