Pulmonary Disease Specialists - Cypress Parkway

They call 1 day before my appt & told me MD had a meeting in the afternoon & I had to change my appt to the morning. I told them I could not as I had meetings at work & the notice was too short to change them. My current MD is in another clinic, where I had received my treatment, but I was looking to switch to someone local since the drive for me was 3 hours each way so the appt could be pushed out a few weeks. I was told I'd get a call back. They called me back told me I could come in the morning tomorrow or I would have to be scheduled with the nurse practitioner. She was incredibly rude told me I could just see the nurse practitioner & the MD was too busy. No, I want to see the doctor. She said no. I told her I'll continue with my current clinic & to cancel my appt & have a great day. I got another call telling me I hung up on her. I said no, I told you I will stay with my current pulm. as the unprofessionalism and aggravation was not what I was looking for. She laughed. Point made!
