I had my first and only appointment with Cheryl Carter in June of 2021. She was kind, interested in me and I thought I had found the person I was looking for to over see my healthcare. She ordered some lab work that we agreed when the results came back that I would see her again to go over it. One test was cholesterol as mine has a tendency to be very high. I went to Lab Corp at my local Walgreens for the blood draw. Mentioned to the tech I didnt see any cholesterol test on there. She said there wasnt one. Looked like all the wrong tests were ordered for me. Called the office and spoke with a girl named Sarah who had said she filled out the lab work and "just checked the wrong box". So she agreed to call the lab to fix it. Well they were never called. I was charged 110 dollars for lab work I didnt need and there was never any follow up by this office until I requested my records be transferred. I was told they would let Cheryl know about this....I never heard a thing back.
