I don't understand the 1 star review at all! Perhaps it was their insurance holding up the epidural. The longest I've ever waited for one was about 10 days or less due to insurance approval. Once the approval is made, it's usually days to get the epidural. I also believe the front desk is pretty amazing! I've been going here many years and will continue to trust Dr. H.

Very unprofessional
The receptionist are nasty. The doctor would not communicate with my dad's heart doctor. Caused delays that we did not have. The place is a joke. 2 months to get a epidural steroid injection because of a place that doest cars about its patient.
