Awful Office staff

The doctor is great dr Patel. The office staff on the other hand is awful. Strangely vindictive and catty. They hang up on you when you call to get prescriptions called in. They raise their voice and are expressively rude. If you have even the slightest bit of anxiety, interacting with the office staff will undoubtedly send you into a full panic attack. So upsetting.
