There literally isn't enough room in this box for me to explain my issue with them in full, so here's a condensed version.If I could give zero stars, I would. Premier Medical Associates is completely incompetent and dismissive of patient requests. I explicitly asked to see a DO, yet they immediately tried to schedule me with an APRN. After pushing back, they claimed to have scheduled me with a DO a month out, only for me to later discover they booked me with the APRN anyway—despite my refusal. When I called to fix their mistake, they had no explanation, no accountability, and no solution, again trying to push me onto an APRN or MD instead.When I asked to file a complaint with a manager, they put me on hold for several minutes, then dumped me into an unnamed voicemail. Unprofessional, disorganized, and utterly dismissive of patient needs. Avoid this place at all costs.
