Poor follow up
My wife had a procedure with a doctor in this group and we were told that the doctor would call in two medications based on his findings. They were never called in and six days later, despite many phone calls, the medications still have not been called in. We had a follow up appointment scheduled for the week following her procedure but the medications still have not been called in an her healing has not begun due to their incompetence.
