At the Jax location on Atlantic Blvd, Dr. Hightower told me that my daughter's chronic cough needed a continuous prescription for cough medicine. Knew she was wrong and took my daughter to Neumors, despite the fact that Hightower said no to a referral. Turns out my daughter had silent reflux and asthma. The Dr was dead wrong. My 2nd bad experience was in Nov 2022 when they told me my newborn son wouldn’t need a hip ultrasound until 6 mo old. I knew that was incorrect so I followed up with the hospital again, and it was 6 WEEKS not months! My 3rd bad experience occurred Sept. 2023 when my infant was sick. Called the office and explained the situation and they instructed me to arrive by 2:30pm. I arrived at at 2:05pm. I completed the checked in and paid. Hightower decided not to see me-she was done for the day! I couldn’t believe it. Another Dr office diagnosed my son with RSV later that day. This place kicked us out and I still haven’t been refunded! Horrible experience!
