Pediatric Neurologists of Palm Beach

I’ve been in EMS a very long time (18 years) and quite honestly have never seen a more incompetent staff in my life. You almost feel like you’re on a prank show with the absurd things that come out of the staffs uneducated mouths. They tired (hard) to collect $150 twice from me for the same copay, canceled an appointment as I arrived & then basically accused my wife who’s a nurse & I of stealing meds from my son. I literally had to count for the M.A days of the week versus when the script was written in order for the unfortunate extremely unintelligent young girl to realize that being able to add & subtract are kinda helpful in this business. Look around, read all the other reviews. This place is a total joke & manages to stay in business strictly due to the lack of local options. Spare yourself from this joke of a practice.

We have been very happy with this office for many years. They always take the very best care of our family. They are always caring and efficient. Highly recommend.

Our family has been coming here for years. The doctors are extremely competent. The staff are amazing with kids. Everything always handeled in a very professional manner.

Moms and dads of special needs children, unfortunately we have the every single day battle of caring for our kids. And, even if you are communicative, show up on time, pay the bills, if you dare ask questions the PA, office manager, and doctors feel that they have enough business that they can dismiss children in need for asking medical advise and questions. The office is being run in a horrible way.
