No communication from the office at all
I came here because Dr Bauer is an amazing doctor. I had to wait two weeks for someone to call me back in order to make my first appointment though.Now Dr Bauer has left this practice and I requested my records be sent to her new office. It has been three weeks and they have not sent the records nor communicated with me at all. The doctors may be amazing but the office staff is not. I don't know if they are understaffed or just have no sense of urgency to do the jobs that need to be done but it's extremely frustrating.

They do not answer their phone
Worst staff ever. Try making an appointment or calling about them making an error with your prescriptions. They put you on hold and either disconnect you after 10 minutes or never answer. I have waited on hold for over 20 minutes and finally drove to the office to talk to get the correct prescription.
