I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr Gold. My six year old granddaughter had eye surgery this past July. Dr Gold and his staff-were the best! The RN’s in the OR from prep to recovery were outstanding.What a wonderful feeling to trust Dr Gold to operate, his staff for taking care of the detail and the best group of OR RN’s I have in my life time ever encounters!Great place….great experience!!

Apparently I’m not alone in my frustration with this place - a place that is unfortunately about the only place around to do what my daughter needs… and apparently they know this, too, bc they seem incredibly unconcerned about the customer service (or lack thereof) that they provide. Firstly, I also have had problems both getting through on the phone and getting any kind of response. I contacted them twice through their alleged patient portal - the one that says they’ll get back to you within two days - and it’s been a month with still no reply. And when I finally did get someone on the phone…. Holy cow. I’ve never encountered such rudeness from people in customer “service.” This afternoon, after having to cancel an appointment (I’d called to confirm the date but read on the website that the covid policies are now such that my other child can’t wait in the room with us or in the waiting room and ended up having to cancel our upcoming appointment because I didn’t have anyone to stay
