Dr. Gary Ganaban
Dr. Ganaban is by far the best doctor bar none. I have been seeing him for many years. He is very cordial and takes the time to explain everything in easy to understand language.

Arrived at 7:35AM for a 7:50AM appointment. Didn't see the doctor until 8:55AM. No apologies, no explanations. There were probably 40 people in the waiting room. The rungs on the bottom of the chairs in the exam rooms were filthy. I was told when I booked the appointment that I'd be in-and-out because it was so early, but they were already over an hour behind. They may be good doctors, but they showed no regard or respect for my time, my day, my life. Very disappointed! I will not go back and will not recommend them to anyone else.

I went for a diabetic check up appointment. The office staff was short and curt. The waiting room was like a hospital with dozens of people in the waiting room. Initial check was fine, but they dilated my eyes, then sent me back into the waiting room, then HOME without shades. It was very difficult to drive in the super bright sunlight, and I wasn't prepared. Honestly felt like cattle. LOTS of waiting, VERY little time with doctor. The OD himself was fine. Thorough, albeit rushed. Only recommended my wife because this is the ONLY practice nearby with Ophthalmologists covered by our insurance. Will not come here for general optometry. There are plenty of good, local, caring providers if an MD is not required.
