I recently interacted with a young lady who provided an exceptional rude and demonstrated professionalism. My mother has been a patient of Dr. Ale Castro for five years and has consistently received respectful treatment, never being addressed in a condescending manner. However, when the young lady answered the phone, she used informal language, addressing the caller as 'babe,' which I found astonishing. I did obtain her name, Natalia, and I must admit that I was hesitant to document this incident, as the staff has consistently treated my mother with kindness during her visits. However, according to my mother, this is not the first instance of Natalia displaying rudeness. While Natalia appears pleasant in person, her telephone demeanor is utterly unprofessional. I take issue with Natalia telling a 75-year-old to be quiet and letting her finish speaking, addressing her as 'sweetie,' which I consider disrespectful. I plan to visit the office soon to discuss this matter in person.
