Twice I've showed up for my appointment only to be informed that it had been changed without me being notified

Getting to speak with a care team member, or have them assist as needed, is extremely difficult and frustrating. My husband's medical records needed to be sent to specialists, per recommendation from the doctor, as a result of cancer diagnosis. We submitted the provided records release forms for two cancer centers. Over the following 2 1/2 weeks I phoned Encore Urology no less than 3 times each week. When I selected the phone tree option to speak with someone in medical records, the option went directly to voicemail where you are not able to leave a message. When I selected the option to speak with the doctor's nurses, I was able to leave a message; however, despite the recording that stated a call back would happen prior to close of business, a call back was never received. Getting to speak with a care team member at Encore Urology, or have them assist as needed, is extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Trying to get care, in time of need, should not be this difficult.
