I have visited multiple times and the office experience is terrrible. Doctors are ok, the office itself should give you pause. First, getting an appt is almost impossible unless you drive there. They don’t answer calls and rarely return calls. When you get there, the waiting room is crowded, the wait is long, and you just may hear an unprofessional conversation by staff. In my last visit, I waited 3 months for an appt. When I arrived after a 30 min drive I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time before four of us were told our appointments were cancelled due to a computer issue that had existed all day. So I wonder in this case if I am paid 25 bucks for them cancelling in less than 24 hours rather than us. Avoid this place.
