After many years I returned to this practice site and feel ready to leave it again. There continues to be a mass exodus of providers and patients have to wait months to see someone else or wait months it there PCP refers them to a specialist. There is also a serious lack of communication among the support staff especially among the nurses. When a patient leaves a message to a nurse the second nurse has no idea what is going on which results in a delayed reponse from the provider. When I shared these concerns with management they seem to be in denial. As one who worked in health care myself I think I know when there are problems.
