Lacking integrity

Took my money and didn't care that there were zero results! I made a point to show them and relay my considerable disappointment. Dr Tremaine was rude and basically said it was my fault for not getting an additional procedure also done. No concessions, no apology, nothing. I also had a long battle getting my deposit back that they overlooked applying to my payment. So very disappointed because I previously thought the practice was ok.
