Dr. Wills is very knowledgable and professional, however after a lengthy treatment period, and promises of being able to use his new equipment traction table, there were some issues that caused me to question the practice. I was treated for upper and lower back pain. After my adjustments, I was placed on the older traction system which consists of a chest strap and foam cushions. When the new table arrived, I inquired when I would be provided treatment on that, as the Dr. kept teling me it would make a difference however his assistant told me, treatments less than 3 times a week would not be beneficial as they wouldn't be effective long term. Well I thought to myself, that same logic applies to the current traction then, so why not give me the benefit of a better system anyway. And then there's the invoicing issue, the assistant has to be constantly reminded to send me my receipts for my insurance and when the insurance company had questions, she made absolutely no effort to provide
