Scheduled a Work Physical a month in advance of appointment. Called the week of appointment to confirm my appointment and filled in all info on my phone to complete check in process. Got a text from office wanting me to confirm my appointment. Receptionist called me within 24 hours of my appointment to tell me that my appointment has been canceled due to vague scheduling error and stated no openings with Dr until March or ARNP late January.
