Howitt and Panis Eye Care

Yesterday I brought in a pair of very expensive progressive focus glasses that I accidentally stepped on, bending the frame, and snapping the string around one lense, which fell out. I expected to be in for a big expense, but the receptionist, Rebecca, said she could fix it. She spent about 20 minutes trying, by which time I needed to leave. I could tell she knew what she was doing, but the damage would require more time that I had. Today she called me (I fully expected I would have to call, because that is what every company does), and told me it was fixed. When I asked how much I owed for the PERFECT repair, she said “Nothing!” She restored my hope that great customer service lives on, and I will be a customer soon! Thanks Rebecca!
