Unprofessional and Rude Office Staff
The front office staff members are very unprofessional and insensitive to patient needs. I have called several times to schedule an appointment and each time the office staff member has created an uncomfortable and frustrating interaction during the telephone conversation by not listening to understand the needs of the patient. Also, on several occasions appointments were scheduled without notifying the patient in advance of the scheduled appointment therefore causing a missed appointment. Dr. Poitier really need to consider changing or correcting the behavior of his current staff because they are really bad for business.
