E. Oakland PK Off. Front Desk Personal Is HORRIBLE
Dr. was ok, he tries. However the Office personal has 1 person WHO IS UNWILLING TO HELP AND VERY RUDE. The younger front desk person was VERY helpful. Comments coming from the other older woman were rude and unacceptable. I'm changing offices and letting EVERYONE I know about the customer care. Refusing to her job and an attitude. SAD
