Ocala Lung and Critical Care

I had a recent visit with the NP at the SR200 office.. I have never felt more disrespected and made fun of with her constant eye rolling and facial expressions showing her displeasure. I’ve tried to call the office but it’s impossible to get thru to anyone. I tried option 1 for appointment or front desk and the phone rings. Then I tried option 2 for clinical questions. Here I did first option 1 concerning information about medical equipment because Apria is due to come to give me an overnight pulse ox which I’m not doing because I’m leaving the practice and stated this in my message. I then called back and still under option 2 I selected #2 talk to the MA. Once again I left a detail message.Still no call back. This is no way to do business.

Office staff treat patients rude and disrespectful. Unable to answer phone calls. Can’t get medication refilled. Referal requests not sent. Phone messages left and no call back. Can’t get appointments for follow up after hospital and ER visits for more than a month.

Great Doctors, Horrible Support Staff. Made appointment for sleep study and 1 tech was there for 3 patients. I requested a credit from Carol who stated we don’t do that. I asked her if I missed my appointment would I be billed and she replied yes. I left a message with David L extension 347 and he will not reply back. It takes hours of persistence to talk with a human being. Most time is eternal hold. You call the office you are put on hold before being able to say a word. Sorry that health care suffers not because of the doctors but the support staff they hire. I will be doing my best to contact my doctor directly to let him know of the problems they are causing
