Appointment was easy to schedule, follow-up calls w directions were great and check-in was superb at the Magnolia Extension. All staff at location were courteous, friendly and helpful. I saw Candice D. for Upper Bilateral Doppler and Lower Bilateral ABI. She was top-notched, explained what she was doing, what to expect during each step, listened to my pertinent history on each area, kept me comfortable (chronic pain sufferer) and at ease during the tests. Once completed, she escorted me to the waiting area, ensured I got my CD and was still smiling and courteous as I departed. Grateful for Candice D. and the RAO team at this location. As an 18-month resident to area, I am very happy for the various RAO locations within easy drive from where I live. Plus, all of my visits and reports are easily accessible to me and those with a need to know.

I visited Radiology Associates of Ocala for a MRI of my knee. I've been to several facilities but couldn't be accommodated due to my obesity. But the MRI Technician Jeff didn't give up. He made it possible for the scan to be completed. He was very professional in every manner, from the beginning until the end of the scan. Jeff made me feel very comfortable & confident in him. That made my day & my 2 hour drive all worth it....

Every thing was great. I was tested a bit earlier than my appointment. The technician doing the test was very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Radiology Associates of Ocala.

I brought my daughter in to have a ct scan. She has never had before. Jessica was so friendly and explained it very well. My daughter felt very calm and understood everything she was explaining. Jessica did a awesome job I was very thankful to have her.

Jessica brings me an A plus service and great attitude and attention. I am definitely recommending her and the location. As a nurse I know perfectly this field and I don't trust in everyone. All members from ck in to ck out were great.
