Great experience

I've had two kids at West Orlando Pediatrics since they were born. The MD's are attentive and caring. Short wait times. Convenient appt times. Unparalleled after hours care and emergency line. Any time I've had an issue they address it immediately.

Jennifer is the worst office staff I have had to interact with in any pediatric office. Honestly, she is the worst customer/client/patient/parent facing office staff I've come in contact with in any business. Robin the nurse is wonderful and that's about all I can say positive about the practice. I cant believe that they have someone who acts so bothered by questions and put off by helping parents get answers or the information they are seeking, answering phones and greeting the public. When it comes to customer service, Jennifer is HORRIBLE! I have requested medical records transfer and gone elsewhere. It's been such a sigh of relief knowing my children are in great hands with the entire team at our new Dr's office!
