No one will call me to hear my complaint. I will leave a bad review wherever I can. The management does not take responsibility for mistakes and have the nerve to get angry when they stand to be corrected. The manager I am speaking of is Dulce, she is very arrogant and rude. I paid $400 for FMLA papers to be filled out and a month later it was not done. Six months later I walk in to have the paperwork adjusted and instead of just fixing it, she blames my employer because they didn't email her. I told her she is the pot calling the kettle black because her office has fell short as well. So because she didn't want to help me, when I wanted she wanted to help me, I told her I would go to another office. The information was time sensitive. So when I get to the other office they let me know that I was discharged as a patient because of something that occurred in September. I was discharged 2/20/2024 because she couldn't bully me and make me dance to her tune, that is what she decided to do.
