Womens Center For Radiology

When I went to the facility for my biopsy, they said I had a $50 copay which I paid that day. Instead of receiving the biopsy results I received a bill in the mail 5 days later for the $50.

Fw: Woman center for radiology I Used to get my mammogram from this center for any years. Then I received a letter from the center stating that I needed to get a test done because I had a suspicious mass. When I went to the center Dr Susan and the manager came to see me and Dr Susan said not to get undressed for the test because I didn't have a suspicious mass. She said she zapped it from the system and now is gone. This was not true. ZAPPED IT!!! Really?The center confused me with someone else's MRI results but they did not want to admit it. The center filed a claim with my insurance for nothing that was done. What a shame. When I wanted to speak to the manager for clarification and asked for her name she refused to do so. Never went back. I like centers that are honest with their patients. So sad..
