Office staff
I had an appointment for 9/15.When I arrived they told me my appointment was for 9/22.I had an appointment card but forgot it. I was going to the appointment on 9/22 when I realized I made a mistake on the time of the appointment.It was for 2:00 pm and I thought it was 3:00pm. I called them at 2:10 and told them I would be there in 15 minutes.They said that was no good and I would have to reschedule. I was on my way so I went anyway. I apologized for my error and pointed out their error the previous week.They refused to accommodate me.

Dr Melograna is an excellent Doctor, however is staff is not. Trying to get a prescription refill is almost impossible. It has taken 7 days and 6 phone calls and I still haven’t gotten a refill. The office administrators uncaring and unapologetic attitude is reflected in the staff. I would not recommend Dr. Melograna because of this.
