I couldn’t get all the referrals she gave me to return my calls. Dr. Van Diepen doesn’t provide the necessary services a PCP should offer. I’m looking for another PCP now.

I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. They called the day before and confirmed my appointment. Then they called again at the very end of the day to reschedule my appointment. (Even though they had already 'confirmed' it earlier that day). They have very little regard for their patient's time and schedule. Apparently only their time is important.

Although the NP in this office was efficient and pleasant the front office staff is extremely lacking. Received a message confirming my January 2022 appointment, but when I called to reschedule I was informed they no longer took self-pay effective January 2022. Well, when I received the call confirming my appointment why was I informed about the polic change? I think it’s extremely important to make sure your patients are informed of policy changes, especially when the patient is on needed medication. When I asked why I hadn’t been informed previously I was told that everyone received a phone call in December, but that I had apparently fallen through the cracks. Maybe they should’ve sent out a letter explaining the change in their policy. Obviously, I was extremely upset considering I’m on medication that I can’t just abruptly stop. I expressed my concern as my medication would be running out and hopefully I could get a refill to last until I could get an appointment elsewhere a
