I missed my first appointment because I was in the hospital. Then they rescheduled me for a week out after getting out. Then they called and said they had a cancelation. They asked if I could make it. It was an hour notice. Because I had just got out of the hospital I was not getting around very well. So I was unable to make the appointment. The next day I called to confirm I still had my previous appointment. The person on the phone put me on hold for a long time. When he did get back to me. He said someone would call me to confirm. Two days later still no call. So I called back and found they canceled my previous appointment. Then rescheduled for about 12 days later. About a week went by. Then I received a call asking why I missed my appointments. The person on the phone gave me an attitude, like my answers were not good enough. I asked when my next appointment was. She informed me it was not until 3 weeks later. They moved my appointment and didn't inform me.
