Jessica Overmeyer is a great dentist who explained everything very clearly and seemed like she cared about her patients. Unlike some staff in this office who are highly unprofessional and lack basic patient skills. I started by getting imaging, which I came in the room and went straight to the ct scan. After the scan she pulls out my hair taking the vest off, and points out that I am wearing earrings. She says that I was supposed to read the sign that says to take off face jewelry. Even though I had no time from walking into the room, to getting into the machine. She then goes on to stab my tooth while taking photos as I say ow out loud, she shows me all the blood. In the next room she goes to take my blood pressure which was high from me getting upset. She tells me it is very bad and laughs multiple times as she re-reads the number. And that is just some of my experience at this office, I could go on if I had more room to type. Overall I would not send my worst enemy to this office.

I went into this office because they were 'in network' with my insurance. However, they use 'Better than what your insurance covers' product so it is a fortune. Definitely NOT affordable. I went in to have a cleaning and have a crown looked at. Instead the dentist Jessica Overmeyer states I needed a crown on a tooth that was not bothering me. She drilled it to nothing and put on a crown and now it hurts constantly. They also recommended a bite guard. The fee on bill is $15,000. Then they explain it doesn't really cost that much, and the copay is nominal. Umm okay. But I use a Bipap with a nasal pillow. Dentist says No problem. One has nothing to do with the other. Except the mouth guard keeps my mouth from closing so with just a nasal pillow I have the choice of using the mouth guard or breathing. Mentioned this on the return visit to the dentist and she just blew it off.Stay away. VERY expensive with extremely poor customer service and quality of work.
